Peer-led, with purpose
About The Permission Project
The Permission Project was created by a woman with lived experience of prolonged trauma, recovery, mental-health advocacy, teaching, and peer support.
We make practical digital tools for women figuring out who they are beyond survival—especially when people-pleasing, guilt, boundaries, rest, identity, and self-trust still feel complicated.
This is not therapy, treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental-health care. It is peer-led personal growth grounded in agency: no rules about how you should heal, no pressure to disclose, and no guru asking you to hand over your inner compass.
You do not need our permission. Sometimes you just need someone to remind you that you already have your own.
